What are the fees associated with record requests?

• Police Incident Report/Event Listing/Call Sheet- $10.00/ea.
• Motor Vehicle Crash Report- $10.00/ea.
• Photos- $15.00
• Video Recording- $65.00/ea.
• Audio Recording- $65.00/ea.

A research fee will be charged (first 2 hours-no charge, a minimum of $25.00/hr. thereafter)

*Fees are waived for a Report of Death (next of kin), Domestic Violence reports (for victims), and Fatal Crash reports (next of kin)*

How long does it take to receive my report?

The average turnaround time is 10 business days. If a request cannot be fulfilled within that timeframe, a message is sent to the requester. Requests cannot be expedited.

Do I have to create an account?

Please ensure that the email address that is provided can be checked regularly as all of the correspondence regarding a records request will be sent via email. Ensure that junk/spam folders are also checked regularly for correspondence.

Additionally, please do not submit duplicate requests to communicate. All communication will move back and forth under your original request number.
